Steve established PPC in 1997 and has guided the company from a small team of consultants to becoming one of South Australia's largest private providers of vocational rehabilitation services.

Steve's previous experience includes working as a Rehabilitation Consultant and Senior Advisor for the Commonwealth Government. Following his own job loss from redundancy, Steve set his mind to building a company that specialised in helping employees and injured workers faced with job loss plan for and secure new careers.

Christine is responsible for the operational performance of PPC. This includes leading a team of managers, overseeing key business processes and strategic customer relationship management and overseeing learning and professional development.

Prior to joining PPC, she has worked as a Rehabilitation Manager, Senior Adviser and Senior Rehabilitation Consultant. Unique to Christine's experience is managing a Business Service in Hong Kong for expatriate families.
